How can I check the status on my order?

Once you place your order, PhoneFusion One will send you an email to confirm your order. If you need to check on the status of your order, you can go to our website and log in to check the status.

When should I receive my adapter for Internet phone service?

It can take approximately 7-10 business days from your order confirmation date until you receive your adapter. If you are transferring an existing telephone number, this may add some additional time to process your order.
